By booking an appointment with Perfectly Defined, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Appointments & Bookings

 

 

All appointments are subject to availability. We kindly ask clients to arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or forfeited appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

 

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

No-show appointments will be charged accordingly.

 

Outstanding fees must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

 

 

Payments

 

 

Payment is required on the day of your appointment. A small surcharge applies to all card payments to cover processing fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

 

Refunds & Deposits

 

 

Deposits, where required, are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your service. Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation terms are not met.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or where results have been affected by:

 

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Normal wear and retention

  • Individual skin type, lifestyle, or biological factors

 

 

We are always happy to help and will gladly offer a review or adjustment if needed. Please contact us to arrange a time to have your service looked at or corrected where appropriate.

Results & Aftercare

 

 

Results may vary from client to client. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, Perfectly Defined cannot guarantee specific results. Proper aftercare is essential, and we are not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

 

Health & Medical Information

 

 

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment. Perfectly Defined reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

 

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

 

Perfectly Defined reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to late arrival, failure to disclose relevant information, or inappropriate behaviour.

 

 

Changes to Terms

 

 

Perfectly Defined reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
